Q1 Will Vidd sound like a robot?
No. Vidd uses ElevenLabs-grade voices with natural pacing, contractions, and the occasional "uhh" — because that's how humans actually talk. We tune the voice to your brand on the call: casual operator, polished professional, warm-but-quick — whatever fits your customer base. Test calls during build are part of the process.
Q2 Will my customers know it's AI?
Only if they ask directly — and if they do, Vidd says "yes, I'm an AI" and explains why you're using one. Most customers don't ask, because the conversation is functional and helpful and that's all they care about. Faking humanity is a one-strike rule with us — we won't ship a Vidd that lies about what it is.
Q3 What if Vidd can't answer the question?
Vidd says so honestly — "I don't have that information, but I can have someone call you back within the hour" — and then it sends a text to the right person on your team with the customer's question and contact info. You decide who gets pinged for what type of question during scoping.
Q4 Can I listen to call recordings?
