Our AI phone agents may record calls for quality assurance, training, and service delivery purposes. Callers are informed at the beginning of each call that the call may be recorded. Our clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of call recordings complies with all applicable federal and state laws, including two-party consent requirements in states such as Massachusetts.
Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are accessible only to the client whose phone line received the call, through their secure client dashboard.
5. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
