Terms of Service

The short version

Vidd AI (DD Operations LLC, d/b/a Vidd AI) builds and runs AI assistants, both personal assistants for people and assistants that work for a business and its team. David builds yours, sets it up with you, and stays on call. You talk to it in plain English; it does real work; big moves wait for your approval. Using this site, the demo, or the service means you accept these terms.

The demo call

The Meet page lets you request one automated AI call so you can experience an assistant firsthand. By submitting the form you confirm the phone number is yours (or you have the owner's permission), and you consent to receiving that automated call and to its recording and transcription. Demo calls are free, last up to ten minutes, and are limited per phone number and per day. We may block numbers or refuse demos to prevent abuse. Details on the data side are in the Privacy Policy.

The service

When you become a client:

• We build your assistant and set it up with you personally: the accounts it connects to, the rules it follows, the name you give it.
• You talk, it works. It acts on your instructions and within the rules you set. Consequential actions, anything involving money, and anything you mark as needing sign-off wait for your approval.
• We stay involved. The service includes David maintaining, fixing, and extending your assistant on an ongoing basis.
• Business and team use. If your assistant works for your business, you decide which team members can use it, and what it's allowed to do and share for each of them. Those per-person rules are set up with you, for example keeping payroll matters or the owner's inbox limited to the people you name. You're responsible for telling your team that the assistant is AI, that calls it handles are recorded and disclosed, and for the instructions your authorized users give it.
• Specifics live in your service agreement: pricing, start date, and anything custom is agreed between you and David directly.

Your side of the deal

• Use your assistant lawfully. Don't ask it to harass people, spam, deceive, or break the law. It will refuse, and repeated attempts end the service.
• Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to connect.
• Your assistant acts on your instructions, and you're responsible for what you tell it to do, the way you'd be responsible for instructions given to a human assistant.
• Keep your own login credentials safe. If you think someone else is talking to your assistant, tell us immediately.

Honest limits

The service depends on third-party providers (AI models, telephony, email, hosting). We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the maximum extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Money

Client service is billed as agreed in your service agreement, typically a setup and a monthly fee David quotes you directly. You can end the service with notice as set out in your agreement; we don't do lock-in theater. If you stop paying, the assistant stops working, and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy (deleted within 30 days of service ending, on request sooner).

Your data, your stuff

Your data stays yours. What your assistant learns about you is never shared between customers. The website's content, design, and the Vidd AI name are ours; don't copy them commercially. Anything your assistant produces for you (spreadsheets, drafts, reports) is yours.

Third-party product names and logos shown on this site, like the programs listed on our integrations page, belong to their owners. We show them only to describe what your assistant can work with. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Ending things

Pausing is always yours. You can stop your assistant at any time: tell it or tell David to stand down, and it stops. Because the connected accounts are yours, changing a password on any account cuts the assistant's access to that account immediately, without asking anyone. Pausing the assistant doesn't end your agreement by itself; billing and termination follow your service agreement.

You can end the service any time per your agreement. We can suspend or end service for abuse, illegal use, or non-payment, with notice unless the situation makes that impossible. Either way, you get your data out.

Housekeeping

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts of Massachusetts.
• If part of these terms turns out unenforceable, the rest still stands.
• If we change these terms meaningfully, we update this page and its date, and tell clients directly.
